Housing affordability has recently hit a 15-year low and
we’re here to help you beat that trend.
Upon successful closing of your transaction the funds that were negotiated discounts by CheapHousePayments.comSM,
Inc. are placed into an escrow account with an account number assigned to each customer.
On the 15th of every month a check for the predetermined amount is sent to you and is made payable to you and your lender. All you have to do is endorse the back of the check and send it in to your lender along with a check for the remaining balance of your full payment. The pre-determined amount we send you is based on whether you choose our 18-month or 24-month Payment Assistance Program™. ![]() All checks will be sent on the 15th of the month regardless of what date your transaction closed. The first check will be sent on the 15th of the month following the month you closed. For example if you close on your new house on July 13th, your 1st payment will be sent on August 15th so you can apply it to your September 1st payment. |
